2. Service Booking and Confirmation

  • Once you submit a service request through our website or by phone, our representative will confirm your appointment via call or message.
  • Service booking is considered confirmed only after you receive confirmation from our team.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booked service under the following conditions:

  • Before Technician Visit:
  • You can cancel your service request free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit.

  • After Technician Assigned / En Route:
  • If the technician has already been assigned or is on the way, a nominal visiting charge may apply to cover travel and scheduling costs.

  • After Service Completion:
  • Cancellations are not permitted once the service has been completed.

4. (I) Refund Policy

Refunds may be applicable in the following situations:

  • If you cancel your service request before the technician visit (as per the above conditions).
  • If payment was made in advance and the service could not be delivered due to technical or operational issues from our side.

(II) Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Once the service has been completed or parts have been replaced.
  • For issues not related to our service performance (e.g., customer-side delay, wrong address, or change of mind)..

(III) Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You will receive an email or message confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

5. Replacement or Rework Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will review your concern and, if applicable, arrange a revisit or rework at no additional cost.

6. No Hidden Charges

Apure maintains full transparency in pricing. Any charges (visiting, parts replacement, or repair) will be clearly communicated before starting the work.
